enclosures

Ok i have a 77 280z.. there are no stock mounting locations for speakers that are worth while using. the only existing places are behind the seat and almost nothing fits there and it makes for crappy sound.. So i have some Infinity KAPPA692.5I 6x9's that i want to throw in. Are 6x9 boxes all i need or would a custom enclosure work better? what size would i need? What volume of air would i need?

Infinity recommended sealed boxes that are 0.3 cu. ft. of volume when I asked them that question. Shape doesn't matter.

Dude Datsun 280Z's are so pimp my neighbor has one and we worked on it alot to bring it to life after 4 years. It's a great car and after all these years still able to run strong. Long Life Datsun!

I'd love to see or hear about it if he has one. not many 280z have system put in them

I have a friend with a 76 240 with the L28. He has boston acoustics 3.5's in dash and 6x9's under the floor in custom boxes.
