I had a box plan but fubed up and ordered a 12 instead of a 10.. so now i have to start at square one..

I have a diamond audio D612.2 that needs a new home.. it will be shoe horned into the trunk of a 240sx coupe..

Heres my dimensions.. 13in high, up to 28 wide and up to 20 deep.. I will be making it out of 3/4 mdf. and have a router to round all port edges.. and 45* wedges for the corners

if you need more info pm also I can spend some moneys on this.. but I'm not looking for extravagant just for good sound..

speaker dimensions are as follows:
total dia 12.4
mount dia 11.1
displacement .10 ft3

Thiele/small parameters
Spl 85.5
RE series 3.9 probably doesn't matter but are being run in series..for 4
Qms 5.24
Qes 0.53
Qts 0.49
FS (hz) 32.4
Vas (l) 12.6
Cms (mm/N) 0.070
MMS (g) 346
Sd (m2) 0.049
Bl (T*M) 22.1
Xmax (mm) 17.8
pwr nom, max 600/1200 this sub will see 400 daily.. maybe if I upgrade later.. 600 never more!!!!

as suggestion only they show these stats for a ported box
vb (ft3) 1.25
Fb/F3 (hz) 40fb/34f3
port (in) (dia x lenght) 4X20.5
pe (w) 800 remember above..^

Will be in a sub forward port forward configuration and prefer sub on drivers side with port toward passenger..

or if you want to have it open in one page can be found here!

i built a box using the re calculator.. I don't think it was all that good.. or maybe I should rephrase that it was good but I think it could have been better...
