Ebay Head Units...Who's Bought/Used One?

I'm curious if anyone has tried one of the Ebay touchscreen double DIN head units? If so, how good is it? Yeah I know you get what you pay for, but I'm just curious. Here are a couple of links to some:

I havent bought a double din headunit but i bought the headunit in my sig and it works great. Two ebay stores i would recommend are sonix electronics and hooked on tronics. They have great prices and everything ive bought from them has been great and works flawlessly. Hope this helps with your decision

bought my IDA X300 and its working well, it was listed saying it didnt include a wiring harness or faceplate case, and it came with both :) but this was also from a wholesale dealer

I have one, they are good for the money but the sound quality ***** ***. and the cd reader on mine quit after a few months

Mine came from Ebay, but it's really going to vary from seller to seller, it's just like buying on here.

I have the second one you linked to now. I bought it in Dec. It works ok, but here is what I have found. 1. The GPS is outdated. As far as I can tell its about 5 year old software, but that can be changed by purchasing a new SD card, I just haven't done it. 2. The touch screen works when it wants to. I can get to most features using the remote, but its kind of annoying. Haven't been able to figure out a reason for this, It seems like about every other time the touch screen will work or not. 3. The sound isn't bad, bad there is a very slight whine noticable. Once you turn the volume up a bit you don't hear it all.
For the money it works, but if I had it to do again I would have bought a Kenwood.
