Word. Except I'd go bigger on the box. More efficient. He doesn't have a lot of power to throw at it. 6" aero port @ 50ish hz in that car.

I vote 2 cubes after displacements with 6" or maybe try even an 8" aero. CRX style :)
in 2 cubes a full length 8" aero (18") would be right around 53hz. Would be obnoxious (loud)

so i ended up makin a box little smaller then planned it 15x15x18.5...it was all i could make with the wood i had...so 1.75 should be the total size if i figured it out right...i'll me mounting the sub inverted for more space in the box....now i all i have is 3 inch pvc for ports how could i use this instead of one 8inch peice...i can't seem to find a calutor to figure it out? any ideas on lenght and how many pieces?

idea of a burp box is to reach the max limits and output of the sub so i would have gone 2.5 cubes tuned to 50 with that power. less power equals bigger box. 2.5 cubes will give u alot of output and for daily would not be that great but for spl it would have alot of output and put up decent 40s for numbers

Four 3" ports cut to 15" long tunes to 50hz (or a bit under) Start there and you can cut down an inch at a time if you need to tune higher. I'm assuming you want max port area. You could do more if you don't mind longer ports.
Download winisd (it's free) it'll allow you to calculate volume/port/tuning etc.

i agree. do either 1 6 or one 8. i say one 8 in 2 cubes. would be 25 inches of port per cube :D awesome!
