Alpine not loud on CD or radio mode.

Weird problem with my Alpine CDA-9883. I have an ipod in my glovebox that is normally all I listen to with my Alpine.. but awhile ago I put it on a cd and it wasn't loud enough. I normally play it on 25 volume when listening to Ipod.. But when I turn it to radio or CD I have to put it to 35(max) and its still not loud enough.. All settings are the same for Ipod/CD/Radio.. It used to be fine and I haven't messed with anything to cause this problem.

Any ideas?

Never had that problem. If anything it should be the other way around.
Max I play my 9886 is about 18/35 and its plenty loud.
