Have a customer that wants a box for 4x 8" JL Audio W3's.
Heres what i came up with
35X14X16
Port is 3X13X21.75
Equals out to be 3 cubes after all displacement.
They are going in a civic trunk so im just doing this subs back port back.
Let me know if all looks good :)

How is your port opening 3"x13"? Are you not using any of the walls for the port? I figured the box would be 14" tall and the port would be 12.5" or something...and you have 3.51ft^3 before any displacement.

Looks like the box will be closer to 2.5ft^3 after displacements and tuned in the upper 30's.

Hey sorry,
its 14.5 tall 16 deep and 35 wide.
so interior would be
13x14.5x33.5 = 3.65cubes
port = 13x3x21.75 = .49 cubes
3/4 MDF is being used for this

3.65ft^3 gross
-.59ft^3 for port(13"x3.75"x21" is what's actually inside the box, right?)
-.25ft^3 for subs
-----------------
2.81ft^3 net
Then you have to factor in bracing if you're doing any. But yeah, pretty close. I thought the subs would take up more space, that's why I said close to 2.5ft^3 in my first response.

hmm maybe ill add another inch onto the height i didnt think the subs would take up that much room but i guess there are four of them. And yeah thats interior dimensions of the port
