looks very creative :)
i hope you like sanding, because you're gonna be doing a lot of it.....

yea it looks good but u need 2 pull it tighter. the more time u spend doing it now the less sanding and filling u will have 2 do later.

That's what I was thinking. Stretch that underlayment until it's taught. Stretch out all of the wrinkles. Other wise you will be sanding for years to get the outside smooth. :)

What kind of material is that? It looks really thin.
And listen to ramos, he is God. When I was making my kicks, the fleece I used was pulled completely taut, but I still spent a good 3 or 4 hours of doing nothing but sanding on them. And that was for tiny little kicks, you've got a huge box to do. ;)
looks good, but I think your ports should be beside the the divider and closer together so they are moving the same airspace and not fighting with eachother.

Definately stretch that **** WAY TIGHTER! Unless you just love sanding!
