I am building this box for a local guy. Going in a Cadillac SRS(I think ). Box is 32" wide 33" deep 14" tall(with double baffle). A 18" Sundown Nightshade will be going in it. Will be 4.9 cubes tuned to 31hz. Double baffled and flush mounted. Hopefully should be hella loud. More to come

if his trunk is like the Devilles and Sevilles were it is sealed pretty good, then it will be hard to get loud in the trunk

Yea He is going to cut a small hole in the metal brace behind the back seat to make a ski port where the arm rest goes down. Also I told ihm to take out the rear 6x9's so he did. That makes quite a diff also. No matter it should be pretty loud

Looks good man, I've always wanted to build one of my boxes without screws but I don't have any clamps, lol

No bracing?

x2, it just takes a few minutes to do the job and it's better to be safe than sorry. I would have done a brace in the middle of the port wall the the three brace-able side walls for reassurance, but I'm sure the box will still wang.
