alright i built my custom box about a year ago, tricked with LED's and windows so u can look inside, not bad for a first box ever. only problem is i calculated the square footage wrong.
I know for a fact for a ported box, i should have less cubic feet of air inside the box.
My question is, what can i put inside the box to bring the cubic footage down? i dont care if it doesnt look good

Any sort of cross bracing and/or laying another "bottom" panel on the bottom piece. Heck, maybe even two if you need to take up more volume.

If he just want's to take up space I wouldn't even go that elaborate...just glue in some pieces of 2x4 or something...

Yeah, could definitely do that. And it wouldn't look bad through the window if done properly.

Nah, poly-fill is actually used to make smaller enclosures "act" like larger enclosures.
The opposite of what he needs :p
Plus, that'd look un-sightly through the window IMO.
