Doesnt matter. You are a tool for disputing in the first place to get your money and the item. Thats scammer material and it needs to be posted here.

you dont even know what happen so u have no right 2 speak on it.and i never filed a dispute we already spoke about this and its being resolved ..y would i scam him for 13.00 dollars makes no sense ive sold amps and bought more expensive stuff here ...so stop posting in my thread

so after 3 weeks I got a money order for the terminals. I will say that he did reconcile the issue but in no way shape or form did he make the first contact to me to let me know what was going on. since he did reconcile payment to me I can't say he's a scammer but I would definitely approach with caution.
