I bought a Lightning audio storm 2000 and I got it and it didn't work so he's gota PP me back the money for the amp. He's been telling me for a couple of months he's going to get it too me but he never has.
This mofo still hasn't given me my money back.

Most definitely. And the worst part is that the guy may not be a bad person. There's a possibility that he simply can't afford to pay you and is too embarrassed to admit it...

You joking? I will admit that "Scam" is a loose term, but this guy is a ****ing scammer. Right now he has an amp, and does or did have the cash. As far as I am concerned, the money was not his to spend until the amp was in the other guys possession. I will go ahead and qualify the scammer as being a bad person at this point.
