what is the best temperature to work with fibreglass? i'm planning on doing this during winter in a garage with a heater on... so it will be above freezing, but not by much... would this be ok?

Whatever resin you decide to use should have a recommended temperature on it.....if it's colder outside than that temp., use a little more hardener; if it's hotter than that temp, use a little less. Also, remember if it's colder to give the mold more time to cure.

a friend of mine made the mistake of fiberglassing a box in late november it was like 40 degrees and he now has to completely redo the box becasue it didnt harden properly. so check those temps well!!!

Mix it a little hotter than normal. ANd give it plenty of time to cure. You can use your heater to help you cure the glass as well. :)
