double baffle, and some 45s in the corners, i will be adding a couple dowels in for support but dont really need to acount for those,
would like about 5-6 cubes after port displacement
aswell max dimensions are :
w 38

5-6cu.ft. is too big imo, especially with that little amount of space. try 4cu.ft instead with a monster port.

with those dimensions it comes out to 11.67 cubes just for a box, cant tell me the port is going to be 5-6 cubes in displacement:confused:

Please explain this reasoning. :)

Well, depending on the power he may (or may not have available) the net volume could change. 5-6 cubes is 2.5-3 cubes per sub which isn't all that crazy for some 12's. Assuming he might be low on power (since those SPL's can take an ***-load), a bigger box will be a little more efficient on the lower power he might have available.
If marco has you taken care then nevermind. But if you're still in need of a cutsheet, hit me up.

its probably over braced ( 3 sdies are doubled. if thats too much wood i can tell you how to make it work without extra 2 walls)

port walls:
13.25x16.75 (one side cut at 45* angle)
3.1x16.75(also 1 side cut at 45*) (will show up as 4.6 in the sketches... i forgot about the baffle adding to the length of port ftl haha
6.625x16.75 (45 cut on both sides)
45's:
1 8.5x16.75 inside port corner.
2 4x16.75 opposite port. on top and bottom.
Top and bottom:
Top (2x) 36x19.75 ( sub cutout and port through both. port .75 from side and 1.5 from front and back 16.75x5.25, subs centered front to back and 7 inches from side/port opening. 11" cutout) can also flush mount if you'd like. willing to help you work that out.
bottom 36x19.75
left and right:

yeah i forgot to resize them... pmed back.. with a list of some bandpass designers... im not comfortable with them and would rather not supply you a bad design.
