General Alarm Questions...

For the price, would I be better off buying a nice kit off ebay, and THEN having it professionally installed, or just buying everything from the shop where I get it installed?

I'm looking for two-way, shock sensor, auto window roller upper, auto start, ignition kill, and flames (if possible).

I want the two way to tell me what's going on, and give me the option of sounding alarm if it something minor.

If I have my windows down, and someone walks by, i want them to get rolled up with a beep or a warning.

I wouldn't mind a "high-range" two way.

I am willing to spend up to $500ish on alarm + install.

just get a DEI alarm. most of the prices from a local shop include install, for about 450. then you add the window module for another 80 and install (depends on who does it). it's worth it. i'm getting the viper 791 for my truck with door lock actuators, window mod. it'll be a great setup when all said and done.
