6x9 speakers

Hello...looking for a 6x9 speaker coaxial or triaxial with really really good, low bass.
Are there any good ones out there that has amazing bass for there size ? Budget is around $100 - $150
but there good then might be able to stretch that.
Im going to run 100 watts to them.

Maybe some Tang Band 6x9 subwoofers but I don't know about any full range 6x9s with good low end.
