Gotta love Rotel equipment (If I had the money I'd go for Krell though) . Looks like you have quite a bit of money put into that.

I really enjoy the Rotel. Krell a little too rich for my blood lol. I had Magnepan flat panel speakers before these. Gotta love the clarity, but too powerhungry and lacked bass:crap:

Seriously if people are looking for a monster sub, look into outlaw audio. They are physically large,so you must have the space. They come with port plugs for xtra low tuning. 16 hz FTW

That's what stereo subs are for :D
I sold my Maggies because of the power issue...didn't have a real PA for them.

i agree. i LOVED the sound but the Paradigms worked out better for me,I like to have some bass without the sub playing. i miss that spooky clarity the maggies had though:(

That is a **** **** subwoofer. Is that a semigloss finish or flat? Or is it textured? Kinda hard to tell form the pics. Looks beastly though/

McIntosh monoblocks eh? That's some expensive ****.
I've been drooling over some SIM Audio Moon W-7m, Classe CA-M400 or a pair of Bryston 4BSST2 and biamping the 703. I think I'm done buying speakers for a while until B&W comes out with their new 800 Series. Either that or some Thiel CS3.7. Only killer is I could get 4 CA-400 for the price of two W-7m. But man are they sweet.
But then again, I'm not buying anything else big until I'm done with college.

I took a tour of Mcintosh a few months ago and watched a 501 monoblock being built. Favorate part of the trip was watching the glass panels get cut out with high pressure water
My setup:
A bunch of **** in a pile that isn't playing.
I'm in building mode again, this time for an all-tube line stage...who knows what'll emerge :D
