Ok i have 3 12" W0-8' s and i want to know what box you would reccomend. The limit on the outter dimensions is like 17" (height) X 10" (depth) x 36" (width). I was thinking sealed but would ported sound better? I am looking for the best SQ possible...
Oh and i will be pushing these with my Sony XM-D1000P5 amp that puts out 900Wrms at 2ohms but the dubs will be wired to 2.66ohms (wonder what my amp puts out there? Maybe about 750-800Wrms?).

that is not enough room for a ported box...it also isn't even enough for 3 in a sealed enclosure. JL Recomends a 1 to 1.75 cube sealed box for one of em. Your dimensions with 3/4 mdf is only 2.63 cubes. So you could drop to two and fit them. Ported you would be quite a bit under the recomended with two so that may not be a good idea. I think due to your lack of space stepping up to one high quality driver in a ported box would be a better idea and if you tuned it low it would be alright. But if you really want sq you should go sealed, what kind of budget do you have? or do you already have the 3 jlw0s

I really have the JL W0's. If i would step it up i would either be able to get a 10 or 12 W6V2, an 8 W7 (save up for the 10 W7), Magnum V2 (save up).... More suggestions? price range is about $300.

you could get 2 edK's, but you would not have the room for a ported enclosure. So you could give them their max recomended sealed. But that will definetly give you your sq that you're looking for. It will also hit pretty hard assuming your amp holds up. they are 135 a peice, not sure of shipping, but it should end up at about exactly 300. If you want a box design i can handle a sealed one, just let me know.
