Need someone's help with front and rear baffles!

I don't have a jasper or a plunge router and I want my pods to come out as nice as they can.

For the front hertz I want a tear drop design, everything flush mounted even the grills.

The back is a little simpler... just a square baffle but again every thing flushed.

If you want to help me out do some drawings and show me some work you have done. Once settled on the design we will talk about $$.

i could cut the holes with a jasper jig but im not cutting the outside.. lol ill send you a piece of wood with 2 holes cutout:laugh:

How much? Where in FL are you? Do you know the cutout specs? Can you rabbit the tweeter spots? And I want everything flush even the speaker grills.

And how much?
