And also let me know if thats enough port area for a 12in RE XXX, sub firing forward, port firing up.

Thanks

The "Height 1" is the bottom, think of a wedge box for a pickup truck. Its for a 12in RE XXX, new style

What you mean?

I thought about doing a long, skinny box, thats shallow, and just invert the sub and the ports.

What you think?

That sketchup isn't even right for what the table says.

Anyways, you can't just calculate a box volume then plug it into the port calculator, because the port itself has displacement, and will decrease box volume. UNLESS you use an external port.

Right, I understand that the tuning will be off by a little bit.

Either way, I just want to fit this big *** sub in my truck lol

it may be possible with those dims but the sub wil be @ bottom of face not centered

With my idea, I could center it between the seats.

a small shallow box that takes up the entire floor of the back of my truck, with the sub firing into the box, and the ports external, wont work because the sub will get in the way?
