Hey, there's me.
I needed up with a 142.4 @ 38hz. took just about 3 hours to go through the run. and people was still in line. I would have stayed in for the consitency contest but I had to leave.

'89 Corvette with a bored out L98 motor, it sounded mean. It was built for SQ but he wanted to see what it would do on the meter, he said he worked on this car for a couple years.

This guy had engine trouble as I was leaving. His car stalled coming out onto Glendale. I hope he was able to get it running and home.

Car show was not in the dirt FYI
It was in a parking lot about as big as my front yard FTL.

I parked in the dirt accross the street just like most people.
Once the cops showed up, cars had to line up on Glendale ave, a main road near a busy intersection.

I had a good time BSing with some friends and enjoyed myself but man was it hot, and ugly out today.
Would have been nice if they would have had an ice chest with wter for sale or something. Instead, guys were going accross the street to the liquor store for Gatorade..

Got me thinking that I might have my own iasca show soon (but do it differently.

Ah, I am just curious what I placed. I am anxious to know. I wish I would have did the consistancy contest but **** happens.

actually, I dont want so sound like I am making excusses but after the run I realized I forgot to set the subwoofer level on the deck back to zero. I had turn it down one notch above mute cuz I was doing a system check on the high ends. Plus I have the remote gain for the amp turned down. I am sure I might have been able to squeze more out but maybe not. I will never know I guess. I just cant believe I forgot to check it before I got up there, I mean i was sitting in line for like 20mins.

I'm in 0-1000 modified, name's Toby Grim. Would've won if I had put my box below the window line and entered stock 0-600. Probly do it for the next show later this month.

sounds stupid....but if you braced the box a tad better, put pvc on the bottom and around your port and also put duct tape around you woofers it could gain you over a db. and maybe a smidge more port area. looks good though. matching carpet is **** :) ALSO if you put like 3-4 in long dividers between subs, that could make a huge difference

So whens the next show in AZ.

I am planning one right now.
Mike, the USACI guy is coming over either tomorrow or Thruday to scope out our parking lot.

We are going to do it a lot different than the one last Sunday.

1. We have a parking lot that is about 12 times larger than the 3 parking lots that Sundsays show was hosted at.
2. We will have a food vendor grilling up dogs, burgers and other stuff
3. We will have tents for shade
4. We will have seats to sit in (novel right?)
5. We will have a DJ playing music (playing, not spinning)
6. We will have giveaways and maybe a raffle - lots of free stuff
7. We will have a frozen t-shirt contest - more free stuff
8. We wil have live demonstrations for specific products
9. We will have vendor booths available - (already have one interested)
10. We will have fun

Just started making phone calls today. Going to have to set it out about 6-8 weeks from now to arrange everything and get the word out.
If you guys have suggestions, throw them my way
