- Bought some E8's from another guy and had phase issues and glue joint problems.
- Sent them to him to get reconed, excellent job on 2 and 1 had a problem. Also put custom PSI dustcaps on for me.
- He forgot to spray accelerator on the glue on the coil so glue ran into the gap and locked the sub up. I obviously shipped it back for him to figure out whether that problem was his fault or shipping. obviously his.
- He told me its not 100% so he will get a replacement, save teh dustcap so i dont have to buy another one. He also said he would pay for the second shipping charges.
He is a great, honest guy. Stand up and excellent at what he does. He knows how to offer customer service and keeps his end of the deal as the repair man. I will give him any and all recone business that he will take from me and i will always give him an A+++++++++++ recomendation because not only is his work amazing, but when there is a problem his troubleshooting is amazing as well.
