im trying to figure out how to change from LPF to HPF on the headunit itself, but i cant get it to work.. can anyone help me out? maybe give me a link to the actual manual, or just tell me how to do it?

it doesnt show how to adjust it, it just shows u can, which i know, but on my unit it doesnt even come up, im trying to figure it out and its pissin me off cause i cant get it off LPF and on to HPF. which i know is an option. any help? BTW thanks for the link!

Look on page 18 in the .pdf (manual page 34) for the settings.

i see the setting for it, but that doesnt even come up on my head unit.. it goes from subwoofer to LPF back to volume level..

manual says the default setting is OFF, well how do i turn it on?

1 Press [VOLUME]
(SEL: Select) to display the AUDIO menu
display.

2 Press [VOLUME] (SEL: Select) to select a mode to be
adjusted.

3 Turn [VOLUME] clockwise or counterclockwise
to adjust.

Note: If no operation takes place for more than 10 seconds
in the audio menu (2 sec. in Main volume adjustment),
the display returns to the regular mode.


High Pass Filter
(Setting range: Filter OFF, 90 Hz, 135 Hz, 180 Hz, 225 Hz,
Default: Filter OFF)
1 : Up
2 : Down

yes i undstand all that but what im saying is that the HPF option doesnt even come up

I dont know what to say, I double checked to make sure your HU has a HP filter and Panasonic says it does.

couldnt get ahold of panasonic today, does anyone have an answer to my problem? how to get the HPF to show up on my audio settings?
