I was wondering if there was anything I could do to port or give it vents. I heard you could drill large hole to the right diameter on the side or top of the box to create a vent? Will this work?
Thanks, Jimmy

the best way to port a box is don't use glue or silicone and let the air seep out.. it sounds much better

just start with a new box, Or you might be able to add an external port

if it is a small sealed box, you probably will not be able to port it. a vented box is almost always larger than sealed for most speakers. if it is a large sealed then yes.

depending on size of subs and box, id say if u had 2 12s ina sealed box.the only way its gonna get louder with ports..is if u make that entire sealed box into one box for one of the 12s and port it....its just to small for 2 subs to port most likely

dont drill holes in your box
Why not?
The more holes you drill, the louder it'll get...
