I think so. Just let the subs share a common chamber.

according to the space in my jeep grand cherokee 2000

40' l is max i can go,

Is the 4.5 cubic foot for a single 15 or is that the space for both?

jeep G/c 40 is max width but depth (front to back is about 30 ish )

height is also not too limited but i'd keep it below 22 ish

L = 40" max (right to left)
W = 33 (back to front)
H = my rear seat hight is 16.5 i would like to go no more than 17-18 i dont like the box to be taler than the rear seat.

dude just build it to alpines optimum specs :confused:
19.5x16.5x20 each vented 15x 1.5" (25 sq in of port area)
vent 27 in long thats straight from alpines manual
finishes @ 2.25 each after all displacements
there you have a design lol :crazy:

p.s will still be pretty big (2 15's and all, can't stuff them in 3 ft^3 )
40 x 19.5 x 16.5 side by side and that's only 5.5 ft^3
ask around and see if anyone/everyone here will recommend more air for two 15 on 1500watts each ?:wow::wow:

we all kno that I was just trying to make a point lol :crazy:
and i sent him two optiions that were 7.5 - 7.7 ft^3 total after all dissplacements tuned to 36 (he said mostly r&b and rap)
and his response was wow that's big how about 4.34 ft^3??
hence my suggestion to under size it
like the woman with size 9 feet buying size 7 shoes just cuz they were cute lol
