Dual 4 ohm and Dual 6 ohm Subs together?

I'm not a wiring genius by any means, so I'm wondering if there is going to be a problem with this setup or not. I just got a JL 10w3 D6 (dual 6 ohm - didnt know it was a 6ohm :S) sub in today and I was planning on wiring it with my JL 10w3 D4. Is that going to be an issue because of the difference in OHMs? I had 2 10w3 d4's running in series/parallel previously, and I was planning on doing the same with this until I realized that its a 6ohm sub.
Will there be any problems hooking it up in the same way, should I not run these subs together, or should I run it in parallel/parallel and be fine?
