2 15" XXX in ported...

Specs state that one of the 15" xxx sub should have 4'^3 volume...

how do you think they would working sharing the airspace and having 5-5.5^3 ?? I'm a little tight on space but would like to port these subs if at all possible. Or would it be better to just go for the optimal seal volume over a smaller ported box??

Please, i need some advice from you experts, i'd dont just like guessing.

That's entirely too small for porting 2 of them if you ask me.....5 is just about right for one.

you ever think about running 12s instead?

I'm considering running 12's... but I'd really like 15's if possible...

I might just say *** it and run the 2 15's sealed, main point of this is to be a show car... and 15's are much more "showy" then 12's. and i'm worried most about SQ, but wanted it to hit crazy hard if i want... i'm sure it still will hit hard as hell in a sealed enclosure. (1500watts to each sub)

so, moving on.... the site says 2'^3 per sub, should i just go with that in sepearte chambers? or should i go just a little bigger?

you could do 2 cubes per sub. Im gonna throw my XXX 12 in .88 cubes so i dont have to throw it in the ported box. ive gotta finish it yet. Ported box goes in saturday night for the sunday morning competition
