so what do you guys think. i have a small *** trunk and am about to get some 18's...
so should i just make the biggest box i can fit in my trunk???

why 18's? why not go with audiobahns new line of 34" subs...

You can do like I did and buildit inside your trunk so it won't move at all. I made mine in the trunk and fit to the dimensions. Wasn't too hard to build and the subs get loud.

well i dont really plan on keeping my car so i'm gonna need to take them out..
but the box will proly take up the whole trunk...i NEED to get my spare tire out..

Give us the dimensions you have to work with, and the requirements of the subs you'll be using. From the sounds of it, you won't be able to retain the spare tire. For my single 12W7, I had to build the box inside the trunk, and then was able to retain enough room to access the spare tire. It was a pain to design, but it worked out alright. For two 18" subs, it probably won't be possible if trunk space is as limited as you say.

i think the box is just gonna face upward and be in thier i really could giv a care about dimensions at the moment..
