I purchased a JL amp for $375 shipped on April 24th. The payment was made thru paypal which was his choice. He sent me a pm that his account was frozen and he had to wait til May 1st for it to be cleared. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and agreed to wait until then to hear something from him. Its now been almost a week and no response. I have sent him pm's as well with no success. I did put a claim on the payment thru paypal a couple of days ago, but other than that I can only wait.
