I bought this 2 months ago from amazon. It does not have a sctratch on it. It will come in original box with usb cord docking piece earphones even the little cleaning bag. none has been used. It will also come with 2 cases. 240 shipped
also have 9 movies I can load on it for you,

it's really not that bad at all. i can still use everything. it's up in the top right corner. and it's got a good bit of scratches. i bought it used.
