Uncoated Paper Speakers a Bad Idea?

I was reading about a few brands that use uncoated paper speakers (e.g. Rainbow SLC series).

These speakers get good reviews but I would think that paper speakers would be fragile.

Thoughts?

probably so if you mount them in the doors or kick panels with no grills

You are under the misimpression that its just like regular writting paper.

The make pressed paper cones that are fairly rigid.Almost like cardboard but slightly differant material.
