How do you plan on running it on 2 ohm?

lol. The 13w7 is dual 3 ohm coils. 1.5ohm or 6 ohm final impedance.

its dual 1.5 ohms. i am going to buy a behringer ep-2500 house amp that runs 1200 watts on 2 ohms.

But the sub will still be wired at 1.5 ohm before rise.

so since the sub is dual 1.5 ohms the only way i could wire it is at 1.5 or 3 ohms?

this should be good....

Well you can wire it at 1.5 at 3 sure. But add in at least .5 ohm for impedance rise.

if the sub is dual 1.5...it can be wired 1.5 stereo or .75 and 3 ohm mono

wire it 3ohm...so you don't fry the amp...it should work good then

the amp would be connected to my reciever with a subwoofer out cable then i would use the 1/4 headphone on the reciever and by a cable that is a headphone to a rca

With a little google, I round out they are infact D1.5. My mistake. Anyways, what is your amp stable to? I think wiring to 3ohm like CRX said will be the best unless you wanna cheat death with the amp. :D

the makers of the amp say it can handle 2 ohms i will post a link.

i think you may be a little confussed my friend. im not trynna be an *** or anything but the numbers just wont allow you to wire it at 2 ohms. the closest you will get is 3 ohms. yes, the amp is stable @ 2 ohms but you cant just make the sub do a 2 ohm load.
