need help whining noise from speakers

i have 4 American bass sq 6-bs hooked up to a sq 475 i have the gains all down and i hear a whining noise it gets louders when i rev my engine and it

i had the front pair bridged at 4 ohms and sounded hella loud tried to do the same thing with the rears but wouldnt work need to help here ><

i have a dmm but i dont think its a problem with the gain because its all the way down and get worse when i turn it up
