Another A+ for Jacob from me as well. I sent in my Kicker SX900.2 amp and the SXRC in trade expecting a SAE-1200D in return but ended up getting a SAZ-1500D! I would have been happy with the 1200 but the unexpected upgrade was definitely surprising. A+++ to Jacob for a great transaction.
