9813 is a great head unit. One of alpines older head's that can run a 2way + sub setup. :)

The clarion 785usb is a really nice deck for the price and can do alot. My clarion stoped functioning though so i had to return it and get a new deck. I now have a kenwood X693 and love it. I like the high s/n ratio. The deck just looks awesome and sounds great. I would say the kenwood sounds slightly better than the clarion.

I have a mint 9813 for $150 shipped if you do decide to go with it. Personally, after having the 9887 and the 9813.. its 9813 > 9887 all day.

With the new lineup last year. Some like it some can't stand it. But to use it you need the software and most of the time an add on box :)

the 9813 has bass engine pro and will do either a 2 way or 3 way set up. if you wanna go active, you can with this hu.
