would need to use thick material i would assume, and the thicker materials are pretty hard to form using at home methods. now if you had a moldin machine i guess it would be fine if it is rated to do thicker materials

build a plug and make a box then? use thick material and ur fine...

Just got some sample plastic in a few weeks ago that have some different looks to them like carbon fiber, brushed aluminum, wood grains ext.

The thickest our machines form is about 3/4". You think the sq would be good??
