for my hatchback, I want to build a box that is for 2 L7's and make it about 10^ft ported, tuned to about 32.Daily and then 47.Comps.. Should it be single chambered or should I separate them? I want to place a Orion 2500D on them. I was kind of leaning towards Fiberglass, but I have never done anything like that before.. ..How hard is it to do..

Having the subs share a common chamber will be infinitely easier, if you wanted to put them in separate boxes, every dimension will have to be exactly the same on both.....and for a box that big, you should use MDF.
