hey guys, I used to be a car stereo nut but as i got older i grew out of it, but i currently work at Cabinet shop drafting and run a CNC router.

I was wondering if anyone was looking some one who wants a quality box?

I will be drafting them then using a CNC to cut them and build them using pocket screws which will mean only the bottom will have screws show which I will countersink them. They will be Quality boxes.

I guess hit me up on here through this thread or better yet pm's.

im not sure on a price, details revolving around price will have to be discussed further

what are you looking for? shipping will probably be the most expensive thing.. ill probably charge 25 plus shipping for the first one... i just really want to get a good reference so some one else can see the quality and all that stuff

come on, if want to build boxes, an answer i dont know is not an option.

I will need plans to go off of... I do not know how to calculate Hz and port length and all of that... I will just use the plans and build them

ive had about 5 or 6 pm's wanting a trial run or the cheaper box... I might try and run a box tommorow and paritially build it to give you an idea of the process...

All boxes will be glued and caulked if needed... I will most probably use pocket screws so no screws ill be seen externally besides on the bottom which will be countersunk

there is an example of a pocket screw. They are very strong and used in most cabinets so the screw holes will not be seen from the outside

the pocket screws are nice I use them a bunch with birch but maybe only once or twice on mdf. glue and brads from an air nailer and cal it dun.
