Ok I have one design from a friend and I am looking for others.. I am wanting 1.75-2.00 cu with DC level 4 10" sub displacement and I have a 4" aero port coming also so take that into consideration. The trunk is 40*40 and the opening is 17*36. I am thinking 33Hz or something close for that sub. Its being powered by an Sundown SAE-1000D. Let me know what you charge for designs and cut sheet of materials please.
TIA, Jeff

if you're going to build it, then take the time to learn how to design it as that will pay off in the long run...

I agree but pretty much hopefully for a while this will be my only build so I would rather the proffesionals design it, I know we can build it for sure...

Not really "fast" curing, but Titebond is a good wood glue to use. I use Titebond II myself.

I will try and find the link.. It was just the other day some box builder was saying he tried it out and had to use a hammer to try and beat the 2 pieces apart.. Said he was really 8impressed with it I need to find out what it was.. I guess with all the clamps I would need need really fast curing but it would be nice hehehe....

Here are some pics of my brother in law and I taking the pics of my first box build. It was designed by JBLCAMRY. Let me know what you think. I have not put the top on yet as I want to get the sub here first. Also I was wondering if you could use caulk or something and screw the top down so if you had to get back into it you could? Just curious or if it would not work.

Thinking of color matching it to the car also. It tuned to 33Hz according to the plans and port length.

Any opinions on the build or the question about using caulk and screwing on the top so if you had to you could take it off?
