so im just about to start building a new box for my 12 inch omega i got comin. how many square inches do i need per foot for the vent?

I usually go 16 square inches for every cubic foot..

Monty here in the DFW area has two Omega 12's in a wall in his Chevy HHR on a Memphis 4K and it burped a 153...sounds **** good too on music.

15"s. Memphis dropped to 10.8 during the run I believe..

Had I not bought DC, I'da bought CD.. lol backwards.. ;)

Does the omega come with like a cutout stencil or anything?
Lately I've just been taking the gaskets off and using those as one..not the ideal situation

It depends really... Some people do 13-14, and ranges all the way to 16-18 square inches per cubic foot.
I like to go with 14-ish.
