Box for Two 12 CVR's

ok so im going to build a box for my friend... He has two 12inch Kicker CVR's. here is the box i designed up and plan on building for him:
Specs
39x15x17

3.9ft^2 @ 37hz with 50 square inches of port. also i want to wrap it. how much carpet would i need?

i had my pair in about the same but tuned to 32 got pretty loud off 800 watts
