What subs, amps, etc. are you running currently? What vehicle are you using? And what is your box currently tuned to with how many square inches of port area?

...One more thing, what numbers are you currently hitting and on what mic? :D

BTW, I'm just curious. Tricks of the trade:
- Tune to he resonance frequency of the vehicle
- Use large boxes tuned high i.e. 45Hz and above
- Have a large port area and smooth the edges
- Brace like crazy
- Use a common chamber if using more than one sub
- Can't think of anymore box specific advice but I am sure someone will fill in the rest....

that is about everything. bigger box is better but since u can't the only thing u can do is brace and retune. but see if u use this box for comps and daily drivin u'll be losing the sq that u once had.
