so i bought his XXV colossus on the 29th of Dec, at 4am, and since then have sent multiple pms, tried calling the bogus *** phone numbers on his paypal info, nothing.

since then hes been on the forums everyday that i checked, and that means he's ignored 3-4 pm's from me.

so yeah I'm pissed, when you see this Mr. "chris lame" , if you are infact legit and just lazy, give me a refund, fukk the amp I don't want it anymore.

I called that number on the invoice every day for the past 4 days, always goes to a chicks voicemail, never picked up.

i paid from my BoA checking account, being a bank transaction, i didnt have much time, it would prob be too late to do a reversal if he was actually a scammer

I think the OP was led to believe there was a scam. No replies within 6 days of purchase after repeatedly sending PMs regarding the purchase, while the seller was active on a daily basis? On this forum..... yeah, i would have done exactly what he did. The guy tries calling the phone number and it isn't legit? Yeah, i would have done exactly what he did.Calling the "new" number on the invoice four different times and leading to the same "chic" voicemail? Yeah I would have done exactly that.

No offense to the seller, but this forum is full of scammers and every one of those victims, who have been scammed, should have reacted fast just like the OP.

it wouldn't let me drop the claim on monday, cuz paypal said it wasnt delivered yet, cuz usps didnt update, but it was delivered a few hours before then. I should be able to get rid of the claim now.

i tried calling you a week ago, as to find out why you escalated the dispute to a claim lololol, makes no sense for the seller to do that. :laugh:
