Check out the DLS UP6i's they have a silk tweeter, handle loads of power and have a small neodymium magnet on the mids so they fit in many stock locations.

Im thinking of selling mine if your interested.

Go active with peerless exclusive 7's and SEAS 27TFFNC (keep in mind the mid is 8 ohm).

Bump up your budget by another 60 bucks or so and you will open a lot of doors.

I personally like CDT as a budget comp set, although many do not. I do find, however, that they lack in midbass.

Contact 6spdcoupe for Rainbows. The SLC 265NG's are nice.

What about a $350 as a budget for component sets? (sorry dont mean to hijack)

CDT's are a decent set but as has been mentioned, i have, and you will find that the comparable rainbow lines are beefier on the low end of the frequency scale.

send 6spdcoupe a PM about rainbows; he can get you pointed in the right direction.
