port problems

This has been the first time I put a port into a box. this morning I was listening to my sub to see what a differance a port made and im hearing a whisling coming from the port, dose anyone know what i can do to fix this?

round the edges on the bottom of the port. ( the part inside the box) What your hearing is the dreaded port turbulence :)
