I call this the Kidney stone box........
I thought I was going to friggin DIE during the construction of this one :cry:
anyways..here is the finished product.....
for a pair of RF T215D4 subs......5.5cf3 plus displacements tuned at 33hz

the RF logo was hand drawn and cut with a jig saw from 1/4" MDF

Where do you get, or do you somehow make, your plastic flared port inserts?

there is no plastic on my enclosures.....it is all MDF and painted
