What's up with the two copies of COD: WAW? I want to take one at $40shipped IF it is in perfect condition, no scratches.

I bought this one and a friend bought one, both of us beat it and decided we wanted something different. I had socom confrontation and didn't like it and decided to trade me, so now I am selling both.
The lowest I can go is 45 shipped.
Do you have any references or user ratings on other sites such as eBay? Please send me some pictures, particularly showing that the discs are not scratched up.
