Yo guys (and gals)! My name is Eric and I'm in Charlotte, NC. I drive a 1999 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. Actually, I'm about to install the interior from a 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis (leather baby!).

I joined this site because I hate the stock audio setup in my car (despite actually having an aftermarket MP3 head unit). It looks like the reciever was an afterthought in Ford's interior design. I want to get some ideas for custom installation that will make the dash flow better and not look all broken-up.

Thanks for the welcomes! Yeah, Ford has dropped the ball on alot of cars, but my Vic has more attitude than any other car on the road...hands down (the cop-ish look has alot to do with it I'm sure, lol).

So, I did a search and found one guy who did a thread about modding a vic (he put like 6 15" subs in his trunk?), are there any others that you know of?

nice car (even though i dont like fords) my buddy is lookin at a blue one right now. We went to a place that usaully has 4 or 5, we both thought the blue was perty lol
