Finishing options for glass?

I have two questions really, if i have standard 4" pvc here at home and wanna do aeros, which flared ends to i want? I 4" inside flare or 4" outside flare? PSPs "buy it online" site has both....

Also, I'm gonna do a fiberglass box and wanted to know other ways to finish it besides glass smooth painting... I wouldn't mind it but I wasn't sure if doing something like black fleck stone on it would look tacky...? What'cha think? Thanks

Well do not know why it would'nt look bad as long as you prime it first. I have seen people part carpet and part paint before so I would say it would look ok. If you want to be sure take a small peace and try it first.

you could always wrap it in vinyl, truck bed liner, or somn like that

Yeah be creative. Should come out nice. You can do just about anything really. As long as you take your time it will come out nice. :D

Ok, I just haven't seen any glassed boxes personally that weren't high gloss painted, I guess I wanted to see if people would think its pointless. Thanks I might give it a try. Anyone know about those dang aero flares? That's my biggest set back :(

You could just use Primer instead of paint and have it a nice, dull, flat finish.
