sick ht system... *pics*

today i got my athena ls500's from audio advisor. no scratches, perfect packing, and fast delivery. i got these speakers for $299.99 a pair. this company was bought out by klipsch. probably the best budget tower you will ever find. i got about 8 hours of break in time already. very nice speaker!


overall, i am very satisfied with these athena's. good midbass, detailed highs, and good overall sound. if your on a tight budget these speakers will make your more than happy!

Those speakers were made when Athena was owned by the same company that owns Energy, they will be great speakers for you.

I own an all Energy HT (sub is Velodyne) and I love 'em.

yamaha's are nice, but be warned they are a little on the bright side. choose a speaker that has laid back tweeter. if i had my old klipsch rf 63's i would be completly deaf right now.

if your not running klipsch rf's or higher your wasting your money... you can get alot better for the money. for example.... my athena ls500's :D
