View Full Version : 20x8 Intro Twisted Vista wheels.

11-05-2008, 05:20 PM
I bought these for my S-10 blazer project that I am working on. They are 20x8, 4.75 inch backspacing. Bolt pattern is 5x4.75.

Link to Intros Website:

as you can see, the 20x8 wheels run about $2800 a set, then add shipping.

I am asking $2200 for my set, shipping will be split, I pay half, you pay half...

The tires are available as well, brand new Nitto Invo (new model). On the front wheels they are 245/35/20, backs are 255/35/20. The tires, depending on where you shop, average about $215 a piece.

If you want them all, as a package, I am asking $3000 (split shipping).

Just the wheels are $2200
Just the tires are $800

All are BRAND NEW, never driven on. They were mounted, but have just been bolted to my truck and rolled in and out of the garage a handful of times. These are some of the nicest polished billet wheels I have seen to date, the finish on them almost looks chrome. Why am I selling? I have found some replacements for less money, that will allow me to spend funds somewhere else. If you're at all interested.... PLEASE contact me via PM or post in the thread. I can take new photos, but these are what I have for now. Thanks for looking..

Great looking wheel, will be a sad day if somebody buys them

I was the same way, I bought a Trans am and got bored. Now I have the Trailblazer SS and this as my project. Sadly, being laid off, and wanting to work on the truck doesn't go well together. My goal is to sell off the nice wheels, buy cheaper ones for a season, and use the money difference to get my motor parts. First step, finding a buyer! haha

You can all see it when it's done, I'll inform you and you can go out and by the issue of Streetrucks that it's going to be in :D. If I ever get it done, they have already agreed to shoot it. It's actually in there this month, that picture of it, and the picture of the rendering of how it'll look as well. Here's that just for fun lol. Anybody want some wheels?
here's another shot of the wheels/truck/and me (just to get a feel for just how low it is)

my trailblazer ss is fun... but expensive. It's not fun paying for it on unemployment since General motors laid me off not two weeks after I bought it. The wheel would bolt on to your corvette BUT i dont know how well the backspacing would work. Lastly, the problem of not being able to afford them is going to come up frequently, it's a lot of money for a set of wheels. ****, the wheels I am replacing them with are the same size, and Ill be paying like 800 after shipping and everything. They are just a really nice set of wheels, that somebody might find interest in.

i bought the blazer used, but tore it down myself. I got a full frame built, and I am reassembling everything. I cannot take credit for all of it, but I am "building" the truck.

The wheel would bolt on to your corvette BUT i dont know how well the backspacing would work.

ive got 11x17 chrome ZR1 wheels on it now on the back, and 9.5x17 in the front, so I dont think 8's would be a problem.

However, id not see past dropping $1200 on those wheels.... Its just like driving a new car off the lot, you loose a ton of value after the purchase.

11-06-2008, 12:05 PM
not necessarily. I have had numbers of people interested in purchasing the wheels. Three of which were ready to buy but I pulled them off the market, now it's just finding them again, and hoping they didn't settle for something else. Things lose value, but not half on a brand new set. Also, it's not the 8 inch width that would make them not fit, it's the backspacing. Corvette wheels will NOT fit on a blazer/s-10 because of the backspacing, you need a 2.5" spacer to make them fit.

wheels can be bought for 2200 now, just looking to move them.

11-18-2008, 11:49 PM
lol gl with selling them for the price listed or even 2200 for 20's i had to settle selling my 26's with tires for 2500..

11-19-2008, 03:17 AM
you and I cater to different brands of people my friend. I will be buying a set of 22's when spring time comes, for well over 4,000 dollars. I have an offer on the table right now for these wheels of 2250, but I would have to ship them further than I had planned. I appreciate the sarcastic "gl" but you can get a set of 26's nowadays for rather cheap. These are top shelf quality here. unless you were selling 26's manufactured by asanti, or iforged, or somewhere along those lines, then selling for 2500 is well warranted. thanks again though.

11-19-2008, 06:49 PM
they were made by on of the top leaders in wheel technology- Giovanna. times are hard right now i was just letting you know my experience selling rims on this forum and yes i might have been able to get more for them but it happens. i would ship these to jebru if i got 2250 just my opinion hope it goes through for ya

11-19-2008, 09:54 PM
I hear ya man, dont take it the wrong way at all, I wasn't trying to be defensive and I apologize if i came off that way. giovanna is a good brand, I got a deal worked with them, but I think I am going with a higher end line of wheels when i buy a new set, just to stand out a little more. The only downfall to the 2250 offer is the fact that I would have to ship it to canada, which is going to cost me approx. 200 dollars. but oh well, ill just bite the bullet.
